The  cost for students to earn their four-year degree is over $16,000 per  year (in state tuition) with additional expenses for books, laptops,  etc. Any gift helps to support our growing student population: The  program has grown from 60 students in 2021 to over 100 students in 2022  with a growth trajectory towards 300 students within the next three  years Our students are impressive: Average freshmen SAT score of 1286 99%  graduate within four years with an average GPA of 3.68 (they need a  minimum of a B- in all prerequisite courses to be accepted into the  program) 99% receive supply chain job offers two full months prior to graduation with an average starting salary of $65-70,000 per year 60% of our graduates receive 2-3 job offers well before graduation 30% of our graduates are promoted within the first 2 years of employment Placement  is primarily with aerospace, pharmaceutical procurement, retail/other distribution leadership, manufacturing leadership, supply chain analytics and logistics services roles. THE CHALLENGE FOR OUR STUDENTS......THE NEED FOR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORT & USF SUPPLY CHAIN CENTER SUPPORT: Our  diverse student population come from a variety of backgrounds with many  needs: they are smart, gritty, curious and supremely humble! 44% are Pell Grant eligibleFamily incomes less than $30,000 per year Average family income for incoming freshmen students is $50,000 per yearFirst-generation college students Half are bilingual Many  work close to full time in addition to their studies to support their  own parents' household bills while paying for tuition – scholarships  bridge the gap for these deserving students. Our  students are willing to be placed anywhere in the US and fill roles in a  variety of industry verticals: pharmaceutical, financial services,  entertainment, medical devices, aerospace, retail, logistics and  transportation Services. Their roles cover the spectrum within planning,  procurement, analytics, distribution/manufacturing, supply chain  technology and transportation (all modes). WHY IS THIS POSSIBLE?......because of YOU and the endeavor to make sure the curricula supports TURN KEY TALENT on DAY 1...... Our Business Partners designed the curricula 4 years ago and students are taught:ERP using SAP – live system with every module WMS – live system from receipt of inventory to order shipment TMS – live system from order, routing, rating, optimization , tracking and visibility Data visualization using live instances of Tableau, Minitab, Solver and many other tools – they are ready Day One on the job. Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt certified Many  other relevant skills: procurement, product launch, supply chain  planning, customer management, project management and governance, supply  chain analytics, etc.
